Don't be fooled by the name. Yes, you can jog in these (in fact, they make an excellent jogging apparatus), however, you can also walk, sit, stand and do some sort of jig if you feel inclined. You can use them for sitting on couches or, as this informative picture shows, perching unnaturally on a set of hard blocks gazing pensively off to the side.
